Auto Dual Method = Looking at stretched thumb; Say, I am looking at my thumb, My eyes are becoming heavy, My eyes are closing, I cannot keep my eyes open (for introvert people)
Chanting Method = make voice with breathing, repeating any word and focus on breathing
Fast Chanting = with tasbeeh beads; when we repeat words, our mind is not working; relaxes; conscious mind shifts to subconscious mind
Key Words Method; Make words for some associations, then repetition of those words. It triggers, associates (relax, joy, sleep, energy, power).
Gazing Method; when we focus on one object, naturally our mind overcomes distractions

How to Deepen Trance
Focus and trance needs body relaxed. Body plays the major role for everything (brain, mind) else. Trance is a progressive process. You can try both up down and down up.

Detachment: body and soul make life. With the knowledge that our soul can travel very fast without body gives us privilege to go in deep trance. If there will be some disturbance, it will not stop you. Associate events taking place in environment as trigger for trance.
Countdown: form 20, 19, 18, ....., 0. With moderate speed and space. From 50 or 100. As you countdown, trance deepens.
Arm Drop Method: lift client's hand and drop. With every drop ask the client to travel more.
