Self Treatment of Depression (Part-2)

Self Treatment of Depression (Part-2)
What thoughts get me into depression? Most part of treatment is awareness. Accept or not, confusion and lack of clarity is almost covering everything. Discovering ourself has become a challenge. We cannot understand 'fight (do) or flight (run away with some excuse)'. Our mind has become habitual of working on 'a pigeon closes eyes on seeing a cat, thinking she doesnt exist'. Cat attacks when she feels stuck, this is fight. Sometimes fight, sometimes flight is constructive. Our mind accepts one mode as a habit and we miss a lot in life. What is important, what is not? In depression, we think too much; most of the time focus is negative. Write down your responsibilities. What can I do, which I am not doing. And due to this inaction, I'm losing my self esteem. This is our introspection.

Come lift the veil off mysteries, and make a mere wagtail take eagles on. What is your expectation, what are your needs, what can you do?

Believe in yourself then you fight.
