What are 4 Types of OCD

What are 4 Types of OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder)
1) Common Obsessions of Contamination OCD
Washing hands again and again, cleaning things again again. Once we know, we can help ouselves and others.
Obsessive fears about sticky residues, grease, or dirt on body or clothing. Obsessive fears about HIV, blood, cancer, bodily fluids, feces, or urine. Extreme fear of being coughed or sneezed on. A fear of wearing clothes that have come in contact with any contaminants.

2) Need for Perfection, symmetry, ordery, exactness. Obsessions often seen with “perfectionism” as a form of OCD include: An overwhelming fear of making mistakes; an intense need for things to be “perfect” or “done right” – may or may not be accompanied by a fear that harm will come to oneself or others if things are not done perfectly.

3) Doubt and harm (checking and rechecking) ocd symptoms; These would include intrusive unpleasant thoughts, unceasing doubt, guilt fears of being insane, and crushing anxiety. While all forms of OCD can be painful, paralyzing, repulsive, and debilitating one of the nastier and more startling is the type known as morbid obsessions.

Irrational Belief #1: The idea that you must have love or approval from all the significant people in your life.

People strongly desire approval and would be much less happy if they received none.
Even if you demand love from a limited number of people, you cannot usually win the approval of all of them. Some, because of their own limitations, will have little ability to love anyone. Others will disapprove of you for reasons entirely beyond your control. Still others will despise you forever because of some prejudice against you.
We act as physical violent.
