Treatment of Stammering
Close eyes; take deep 3 inhale exhale breathing, focus your eyes continuously on your forehead and focus on your breathing. Peace, light and energy is spreading with inhale through the whole body from top head crown to feet toes each and every tissue of the body. Relax your body and realize how wonderful parts of body are shaped. Count 5-0 for more deep peace and relaxation. Now get ready to step down 15 steps stairs. Count 15-0 for more deep peace and relaxation. 
You can see a wonderful garden. Sit on grass, enjoy weather and breeze.
Realize an open box on your left side. Let me count 5-0. Put all negativity, things which cause stammering in that box and lock this box. Now throw the key away. Take deep 3 inhale exhale.
I can speak good, I can communicate good. I can speak with confidence. I speak clearly without any stammer. I have no problem to talk to anyone, friend, stranger, child, old, small group, big group. I am good in my language. Count 5-0 for confirmation.
