How to Overcome Feeling of Depression
According to WHO depression is a major cause of disability. It starts from very simple anxiety. Then it grows slowly. If it is not properly looked after, people go for suicide. It is stigma (misconception) in society that only mental people go to see psychiatrist. Taking problem lightly make it severer. When problem started from our inner, we have it's solution.
Exercise regularly. We store enough energy to combat laziness.
Self Hypnosis: We induce suggestions to our mind and our mind follows our suggestions. But it needs instruction on regular basis.
Be the best version of you.
Self help, self motivation is the best solution.
