Failure and success is a result of process. Win or lose; it all depends on habits.
'Whether you think you can, or you think you can't; you're right.'
If you say to people animal, they mind. If you say them lion, they are happy.
Failure makes us stronger. Those same weight lifters who lift to failure also have learned that is the way they build muscle. At first the tissue is damaged, but it'll heal bigger and stronger than before. Soon the athlete will be able to lift more weight.
Your eyes deceive you. An illusion fools you all. You may be deceived if you trust too much, but you will live in torment (severe physical or mental suffering) if you don't trust enough. No one else is going to help you get positive results in life but you.
Don't waste your time, or time will waste you.
Develop a winners attitude. Dream big. Build yourself or ruin yourself.
Opportunity has a sly habit of slipping in by the back door, and often it comes disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat. Perhaps this is why so many fail to recognize opportunity.
If you're alive, and especially if you're pursuing your dreams, you are inevitably going to encounter problems. The only people who have no problems are those who are dead.
It’s impossible to please everyone. People are going to disagree with you no matter what you do or what stance you take. Don’t try to please everyone, just be yourself and focus on pleasing God. His opinion is the one that matters anyway.
Give light, and the darkness will disappear of itself. Don’t fight darkness; bring the light, and darkness will disappear. Life isn’t just about darkness or light, rather it’s about finding light within the darkness.
If you want to shine like a diamond, you’ve got to get cut like a diamond.
No pressure, no diamonds.
Becoming diamond takes pressure and stress. Unlike the coal, we want diamonds right away and don’t want to stick to the job to create it.
Success comes after struggle, persistence, pressure, fatigue, doubt, stress. These are unpleasant experiences which is why most people avoid them. But if you’re trying to shine like a diamond, you have to be willing to get cut. Willing to embrace constructive criticism.
To make our way, we must have firm resolve, persistence, tenacity. We must gear ourselves to work hard all the way. We can never let up.
