Dealing with Rude People
We cannot avoid rude people, they are everywhere. Reaction, dealing and response is in our control. They feel comfortable while insulting others. Insulting people are weak people. They are negative, jealous of your success, make fun of you.
Anger is a weak response in such situation. It's a proof that we accepted and felt the insult. This is breakdown of insulted person. A person who is afraid and avoid the insult faces more.
Don't react, respond; keep calm, composed, don't respond immediately.
Best way to reply is use your humorous nature, in a nice and polite way.
In a function, if someone makes fun of your dress, we can say, we are learning dress sense from you. Talk in a very natural way.
Ignore the insult; make realize that insult had no impact on you, it's defeat of perpetrator. Has no importance. Change the topic, leave the scene.
Keep control in your own hand. Communicate and make realize that you have hurt feelings.
Do something good to yourself; insult is a negative behavior. After encountering such situation, do some exercise to cheer you up to neutralize the impact of insult. Go for walk, plan something with your family, help someone. It will relax you and will restore your energy.
