Observation turns into feeling after mind processes. Habits (repetitive actions) and attitude develop in the same way. Happy, sad, anger; scenes reflect the impression on brain. Feelings and attitude turns into action. We can develop habits with repetition. 

Arrow shooter (shooting the target and oil extractor (teli) pouring oil in bottle from a height without any out pour. This is skill.

Complaining habit, success thoughts habit; is a skill through practice. Assign to brain before sleep. During sleeping mind works more actively.

Involve yourself with challenging circle of friends and activities.

Human is not creation for earth. It descended from heavens. Heaven is pure comfort zone. Earth is not comfort zone for human but he is all the time looking for comfort.

Animal is creation for earth. It will not make any effort to make life luxurious. It easily can live in mountains. 

Mind is very close friend of human. It always planning comfort for human. It will never recommend any challenge.

So never leave mind in comfort zone. To understand comfort zone, look into ECG up and down map. If there is no up and down in ECG, it means, there is no life.
Create some challenges in life. Try to do better, what you are doing already. Join such circle which pose challenge to your capabilities.
If people are appreciating you for nothing, that's your comfort zone. People may be learning from you but you cannot learn from that circle.
Efficient time users, creative mind people, positive thinking people will provide you challenge and you will learn from them.
Limit company with nay Sayers. Positive options automatically make way to you. Spend time with right minded people.
Relationship between Almighty and human; revelation is abandoned.
Now prayers, reciting Holy Quran, is the medium to contact His Highness. Human has to go through life challenges to learn life lessons, wisdom.
The way we learn math, we start from simple and then step by step solve complicated questions. All people don't follow this course; some continue some not. To continue learning, we have to make habit of accepting challenges. We can set hard route of life full of challenges. Develop the habit of learning. Comfort zone is not the place of learning.
Rocket and aeroplane needs energy while leaving the earth and bringing back to the earth. While moving in space rocket doesn't need any energy.
Develop great habits through practice. Screen your company of friends. How to communicate with brain. Brain doesn't listen, it observes. A, B, C; brain makes pictures of objects. If we make these pictures, then it will make process simple for brain. Normally we see through eyes and the information passes through filters and finally make image or perception on the brain.
When we plan to build a beautiful house. We make the image in our brain. Then we draw, print and display the picture at some wall. Now subconscious started working on it.
Visualize your dreams with pictures; download from internet, print and display e.g, beautiful house, car, places of interest to visit. Now we have employed our subconscious. Subconscious will transform into attitude, attitude will transform into actions.
Online business is one example. Successful people visualize their dreams.
After you draw the pictures, 50% will come to pass without any effort. Nature helps you.
First step is understand yourself. Next is how to introduce to others. To communicate with others we have to realize how others look at us.
Death Bed Test; feel the time of death. Be alone. Turn off lights. Assume you dead. Close your eyes. Assume your best friend standing beside your dead body. Everybody has some comments about dead person even they don't speak.
Surely, your friend will say about you, what you don't want to listen. He will say, I pray Almighty to forgive him but did this wrong. Both subconscious are communicating with each other.
When two persons see each other, some feelings, good (happiness) or bad (irritation) get there.
Call all of your family; brothers, sisters, spouses, kids; listen them. Now open your eyes, turn on the lights.
Repeat this exercise; now think in your subconscious; my friend should say what you like to listen. Your friend will follow you.
Now you note the difference. Fill this gap.
Check yourself. No one is perfect. You can ignore one person, three four persons. But if ten people are mentioning something, it means we must consider to review.
People's concerns provide us a very good study. Suppose 90% is emotional what people say but chance is there 10% may be right. Work on that 10%, leave 90%. But we do opposite. Like those people who pin point the areas needed for improvement.

Inner world is in our control. Outer is not. We can become a source of inspiration with self improvement.
