This disorder is because of repetition of some past failure, frustration, negative thoughts. Also future looks like full of disappointments. Depression makes us lazy and coward. We live life of excuses. Sometimes it needs medical attention (medicine). In all cases it depends more on behavior and habits. Make chart of activities for 24 hours, sleeping, waking, exercise, eatery.
This will only help to improve commitment and confidence.
Start from 1 minute exercise. Focus on forehead and take 7 deep breathes.
Better to do at exact right fixed time. Do it for one month.
Thinking cycle is the main reason of this disease.
Use prescribed meditation, not self meditation because your self meditation got corrupted. Add physical exercise in your schedule. Right every thought and throw it away. It will empty your mind.
