Relaxation and Visualization; use deep breathing. Remind your brain some relaxing memories. Use healthy food and exercise. Sitting on computer and using gadgets is a tiring activity for brain, so limit yourself while using.
Reframe Bad Situations; look for the good in a bad situation, find good in really bad situations. Learn from bad experiences.
