Social Media is a Tool, Use it, Not Get Used by it

Fomo (Fear of Missing Out) is Dangerous For Youth
Comparison of lifestyle with people who you know. Some are gone for outing and posting their photos on social media.
Some students have gone for party and one decided to study. Now when he watched them online cheering, he got distracted from studying and started cursing self.
Why people left me behind, why am I in this position, why am I not able to enjoy life?
Why we check our mobile phone more than 100 times a day; we know that there is nothing important (only 2-5) for us on daily basis. Then what is reason to be there so frequently.
We eye on others, what they are doing. Mostly other people look enjoying their life (at least on social media).
We track our likes on our post.
This is dopamine (produced by brain) plays a role in how we feel pleasure. It's a big part of our unique human ability to think and plan.
Human interaction has replaced by social media. It look like an addiction now.
FOMO results into depression, sleeplessness. Now they are craving for likes and comments.
Now they are ready to use fake wall papers to show that are enjoying their favorite weather in different parts of the world. They sacrifice their fame and integrity. They use fake flight windows.
Social media is a great tool, don't let it make you fool.
Some tips to handle FOMO;
1) Be Real, be sure everyone has challenges in life.
2) Don't Compare; everyone has own course of life. Learn to be happy for other people's successes, instead of envious.
3) Be Present; Wherever you are, there you be. Be great where you are.
4) Connect to Purpose; progress and performance needs focus. Avoid distractions.
5) Be Happy and it will enhance your performance. Read good books, watch good clips and get motivated. Hang with good friends.
