30:30 Do four things for positive thinking; will, skill, knowledge and strategy. We in majority, are often expert adviser for suppressing growth and keeping people from their dreams. In schools; section A is better than B, C and D (33% score). This is discrimination with children. My mentor friend told me tip to memorize spelling of 'assassination' 2 donkeys i nation. Brain memorizes easily in pictures, not in words. Teaching profession needs smart and handsome people to communicate with kids. A lot counts in first impression. Why section D students are slow? I asked the teacher. She told, 'even you punish them with sticks, they don't follow'. I suggested, 'try flowers to beat them instead of stick'. 
Albert Einstein says, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” 
I called all students in play room. I turned myself very formal with them, taking off tie and coat. I asked a student, 'what do you think, why I'm here'? He said, 'to correct us'. I said, 'no, I'm here to know, where is problem, in your IQ, or in teaching? I'm a researcher from a foreign university. My university want to know, where is problem, in your IQ, or in teaching'?
Now kids came closer to me. They got opened. Kids told that teaching method is not as per requirement of the children. The score was improved from 22 to 75% within 30 days. 
From today onward, stop blaming; 'I am born in wrong family. I cannot speak English. My IQ is low'. Problems are of different types. Some have smile and happiness constipation. Inspirational and happy environment at home or workplace is vital for success and growth. Luck and fortune quit from rude places. Don't induce information, induce hope, induce inspiration. 41:00

Whether you start small and just write down your tasks for the week, or you want to go bigger and figure out your life goals and dreams, make a list of what you want to get done in the near and far future. People who write down their goals are more likely to accomplish them than those who don’t write.
4. Hike
Make your heart pumping fast and spend time in the great outdoors. Spending time outdoors increases your attention span and creative problem-solving skills. It’s better way to get inspired.
5. Do Something New
With no one watching, you're free to experiment. Try new things. Exercise to speak loudly about your goals and dreams. Visit your neighbors as an example.

Trying a new workout in a studio can be intimidating, but doing it in the comfort of your own home can help you get rid of those inhibitions. Switching up your workout routine can help prevent you from getting bored of exercising, and it can help benefit your muscles and brain.

How often do we treat ourselves to a nice relaxing bath? The bathtub is a great place to unwind and relax your mind, and you can even fill it up with essential oils to help you further destress. Try some lavender or sandalwood, and let yourself get carried away with your thoughts.

Relax, unlock your creativity, and improve your mood by training it by listening your favorite speeches (even online).
9. Find What You're Grateful For
When you're alone, practice how to gratitude what we have amazing things in our life. Think of one thing or person you are grateful for and write it down. Tell that person thank you or just say thank you out loud. Expressing gratitude can help you feel more positive emotions, build strong relationships, and even improve your physical well-being.
10. Write Stuff Down
Allocate 10 minutes to write. Even if you have nothing to write, write down, ‘I have nothing to write’. The more you write, the more creative and inspired you become.
11. Meditate
To focus inward, you need to be free from distractions. Take time alone quiet for 5-30 minutes. Relax, motivate and inspire yourself. Learn to train your thought process, how to move on and not stick to some stingy thought for long.
