A Wise Enemy is Better Than a Foolish Friend

A Wise Enemy is Better Than a Foolish Friend

Body and mind are not two separate items; they work together. They both need some exercises; otherwise; if you leave them idle; after a while; they get rusted. Energy will be lowered. Laziness is a conspiracy in this automatic world. Online world market is making us more and more lazy; no physical effort. Exercise of body is actually needed for mind health; healthy brain requires healthy body. Entertainment (movie, mobile) is pinnacle source of laziness; no brain exercise, no physical exercise. Thinking creation process is done somewhere else; we are just watching. Interactive sessions provide mental involvement (exercise). It provides high spark energy. Argument and debate is not exercise. We need full active body and brain exercises. Getting ready to solve the problems of life; finding solutions to problems with references and proofs; this is exercise. Your friends around are actually your enemies ( entertainment industry). Entertainment within limits is fine (may be 30 minutes) but as an addiction it is poison.
What is alternate; what is problem in life; understanding in depth and finding the solution; is right approach. This intelligence is our real friend. We are avoiding our real friends (problems of life and efforts to solve them are actual and real friends of us). These problems provide us intelligence of solutions. We have default setting like pets; no need to go for effort. If one believes that nothing will happen without effort, he would try. We have to get out of our default setting; now the whole world is in our mobile; without putting any effort.
Effort aligned with smartness is our real friend; otherwise intelligence would be rusted. We have to avoid traps. In the beginning; it looks that water is cleaning our bike; but if not used for a while; it rusts. Same is entertainment; if we take only as necessary; then it would be good. When we have it in excess; it would be poison.
