Outer sources of motivation; money, name, fame, recognition, wealth, success, promotion, car, house, mobile, jewelry, vacation, luxury, cruise. 

External reason, external season are temporary. 

Motivation has two sources; outside, inside 

Inside out; long lasting; your identity, poor, wise, no English learning, best English speaker 

Identity is created by belief system 

Tattoo can be removed by surgery but belief cannot be removed. Eyesight can be changed but vision and doctrine cannot be changed. 

Working with youth and working for youth is the way to change.
