Loyalty or Slavery

Don't let your loyalty become slavery. If they don't appreciate what you bring to the table, let them eat alone.

Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed.

Asking allows you to delve (dig) deeper and get clarity.

An assumption is “something taken for granted or accepted as true without proof.” In other words, it is belief without proof. Yet all too often people make assumptions rather than ask questions and the results can often be disastrous.

Never Assume, always ask. We need to always remember to ask each other questions instead of assuming. It's always better to ask than assume.

Don’t waste your time trying to explain yourself to people that are committed to misunderstanding you. Instead, commit your time to explaining who they are to them. When you get a person to see the positive similarities you share, it begins to restore the loss of respect between you.

When you point one finger, there are three fingers pointing back to you.
