Serenity and Silence

When you are dead, you do not know you are dead. It's only painful and difficult for others. The same applies when you are stupid.

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) 25:63
For, [true] servants of the Most Gracious are [only] they who walk gently on earth, and who, whenever the foolish address them, reply with [words of] peace.

To keep silent when you can say something wise and useful is as bad as keeping on propagating foolish and unwise thoughts. Imam Ali (AS)

O My Lord! grant me the serenity (the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled) to accept the things I can not change, the courage to change the things that I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

When you were making excuses someone else was making enterprise.

Inaction is the worst action of human beings!

One of mankind’s greatest sins is inaction in the face of injustice.

Silence becomes cowardice when occasion demands speaking out the whole truth and acting accordingly.

99% of People are Living in Delusion.

There are two types of pain you will go through in life: the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces, while regret weighs tons.

We can choose rest over labor, entertainment over education, delusion over truth and doubt over confidence. The choices are ours to make. But while we curse the effect, we continue to nourish the cause.

An invention is a responsibility of the individual, society cannot invent, it can only applaud the invention and inventor.

A good swordsman is more important than a good sword.

The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything. Albert Einstein
