Life Regrets
15 plus times mentioned sabr in Holy Quran
2:155 And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. (misery, grief, hopelessness with patience is a blessing)

Surah e Asr
In the name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful.
By Al-'Asr (the time). (1) Verily, man is in loss, (2) Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf) which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd). Internal Happiness vrs External Happiness
So many people tell me they’re happy, but when I asked them what makes them happy they will go on to share with me all the things in their life that makes them happy. Things like their family or their friends, or even their job. While this is entirely acceptable, real empowered Happiness lives inside of us. It does not rely on any external person, thing or event.
Internal happiness is a default setting. Like a part of your core programming that is always there. It may not always be active, meaning that there will be times in life where we feel sad, angry, agitated, stressed, but because it’s a default setting it doesn’t take long to find that happiness again.
It also means that when those external people, things or events come into our lives the happiness is exponentially increased.

Al-Insan (Man) 76:30
وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way]: for, behold, God is indeed all-seeing, wise.
[“When my prayers are answered, I am happy because it was my wish. When my prayers are not answered, I am even more happy because that was gods wish. Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib AS]

Things you should never do in front of your Wife
1) Never tell your income to your wife, 2) respect your parents and relatives in her presence, 3) never share your worries. Imam Ali AS

Allama Iqbal narrates verse of Hadees e Qudsi:
Hath Hai ALLAH Ka Banda-E-Momin Ka Hath
Ghalib-O-Kaar Afreen, Kaar Kusha, Kaar Saaz
The might of the man of faith is the might of the Almighty: Dominant, creative, resourceful, consummate.

At-Talaq (The Divorce) 65:7
[In all these respects,] let him who has ample means spend in accordance with his amplitude; and let him whose means of subsistence are scanty spend in accordance with what God has given him: God does not burden any human being with more than He has given him - [and it may well be that] God will grant, after hardship, ease.

Ash-Sharh (The Opening Forth) 94:5
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
And, behold, with every hardship comes ease:

Ash-Sharh (The Opening Forth) 94:6
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
verily, with every hardship comes ease!
