Religion is Realization and Practice

Powerful Meditation. The Most Powerful Meditation In The World.
1) Focus on your natural breathes. No need to change the pattern of breathing, just focus on your breathes. It takes 8-9 seconds for changing a thought. Review your observation because our brain is programmed with a huge storage of memories. Changing this software is not easy. But without changing you cannot proceed. Increase your curiosity like children. Observe with zero past background thoughts. Don't relate past experiences. Observation and past thoughts cannot work together.
2) We have a habit that our mind reacts on each and every thought and we become slave of our emotions. Arranged 11 hours sessions are very painful where trainee just observes pain and doesn't react. This observation takes away the pain. Anger, sad, happy; all feeling are just observed with no reaction. Feelings and emotions are temporary. Trainee gets better self control. In routine, we stick with our feelings and emotions. Prisoners are given such training to better control their feelings emotions.
The Feedback Loop from Hell has become a borderline epidemic, making many of us overly stressed, overly neurotic, and overly self-loathing. We get angry at the smallest of the smallest thing and then worry about being short tempered. Then we also say hear people saying ‘you worry too much’ .The cycle continues.
3) Know Your the Best Self: look into your inner. Mind Contemplation; The act of the mind in considering with attention; continued attention of the mind to a particular subject; meditation; musing; study. We have 72,000 thoughts per day and 80-90% are waste thoughts. This waste works like waste in flowing water. We cannot see through water until this waste is settled down. With practice we get better self control of not reacting on our thoughts. Only observing will give you ability to differentiate between useless and useful thoughts. This will help us to understand the habit pattern of our mind, impulses (urges, compulsions), craving of mind. Deep observation will eliminate useless thoughts and you will find, who you are! Very special.
4) Seek for true form of faith. Mindfulness, investigation of the nature of reality, energy, Joy of rapture [Definition of rapture. (Entry 1 of 2) 1 : an expression or manifestation of ecstasy or passion. 2a : a state or experience of being carried away by overwhelming emotion. b: a mystical experience in which the spirit is exalted to a knowledge of divine things.], relaxation and tranquility (peace), concentration and equanimity (self-control). Religion is realization and practice.
