Emotional Pain
Emotional breakdown pain is like your body part cut apart. Theoretical approach is accept and move on, be brave. But practical solution is have a courage to bear this pain as much as you can. Some people request doctor not use anesthesia to work on their teeth to check their threshold to endure the pain. You can increase your limit through practice. Allow all thoughts worst to worst come to your mind. Mostly this all is psychological and subjective feelings of pain, it's not objective. When you get cut on your body that is physical pain, it's same for everyone. Psychological crises has different effect on different people. Some people continuously feel bad without any reason. collected courage is an art, use it. Some people remain calm even in the storm of situation.
Everything happens for a reason. Use your intuit. Every statement is right from some standpoint but not absolute truth for everywhere. Everything happens there is a cause behind. We interpret it with reason through our intellect. Cause can be measured scientifically. Reason is from mind. Good and bad is from our mind. Cause and effect is from universe. One animal is eating other. Is it good or bad?
If parents died in young age and all people tell him, this is very bad, what happened to you. Or they may say, it's not good, what happened but this is world. Here unexpected things happen. People turn it with their hard work and quote some examples. This is empowerment. 
If one repeats difficult, difficult, difficult; it becomes impossible. Say; I can do, I can do, I can do; chances are there for possibility of finding some aspect of empower. Good, bad; this is all we are labeling. 
Nice person, who cares for others. Whoever regrets on mistakes, is nice person. Nasty people start from small mistakes but they don't regret and grow more in their mistakes. Regret is a positive sign. Learn some lesson and don't repeat that mistake again.
