Putting Feelings into Words

Human body contains 50 trillion life cells. Each cell generates 1.4 volt of electricity each moment. It’s like a moving power plant generating 700 trillion volts all the time. By focusing this much energy, what can we do?

How 10-12 people vs 7.7 billion people; snatch away the whole synergy and religious faith. Now that person being hurt is not representing humanity or any generosity. He / she is now turned into a revenging entity. This is human mind focus working all over. Now here Holy Quran says; Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread) 5:32; murder of one person or spreading corruption equal to murder of whole humanity and saving one human life is equal to saving of whole humanity.

Medical research has found that almost 85% of all diseases are psychosomatic in nature i.e, they originate in negative mental states.

Public speaking gives you an opportunity to share your brilliant ideas, your unique experiences, the wisdom that only you possess. But these gifts could remain trapped inside of you forever undelivered and unopened unless you make he choice to embrace public speaking.
You have two choices; continue to torture yourself and let anxiety run the show or embark on a mission to conquer fear and become a confident public speaker. Choose to accept the mission and it profoundly changed the course of your life.
The people in your audience are your allies not your enemies. Being a confident public speaker is required if you want to reach your full human potential it is not optional. Every experience in public speaking is altogether new.

Putting feelings into words is important for your own self awareness and emotional resiliency. Finding the right words to express our characters' emotions is one of the biggest challenges to face. It may actually lessen the pain felt by the brain. It (affect labeling) has long been thought to help manage negative emotional experiences.
“The greatest gift you can give somebody is your own personal development. I used to say, "If you will take care of me, I will take care of you. "Now I say, I will take care of me for you, if you will take care of you for me.”

Zainabic Act
Those who died committed a Husaynic act.
Those who remain must perform a Zainabic act.

“99% of the population is afraid of public speaking, and of the remaining 1%, 99% of them have nothing original and interesting to say.”
