Genius Testing
Staying silent is like a slow growing cancer to the soul and a trait of a true coward. There is nothing intelligent about not standing up for yourself. You may not win every battle. However, everyone will at least know what you stood for - YOU.
Albert Einstein says, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
I grew up in a small place. When I first time came in big city, I asked three questions from a gentle man; how is life. He replied, kat rahi he (it's going). I asked, what is your goal in life. He replied, 'life is my goal'. I asked, 'can you tell me, why you was born'. He replied, 'I didn't request my parents'.
Ask these three questions and when you find answers like above; leave that personality as soon as you can.
Value of Interview
In an interview, the employer asked, have you any goal in life. The candidate answered, my goal is to take your position. The employer asked, 'where will I go'? The candidate asked him, 'don't you have any goal in life'? The employer replied, 'not before but now I have'.
Four useful questions helpful for character building;
1) How will you spend most of your time if there is no lack of money and time?
2) For which you will feel proud to be known after your death?
3) Which problem you will solve if you get a magical power?
4) Your ideal personality?
a) How are you?
b) Have you any goal in life?
c) Your view about purpose of life
d) What are your core projects in life?
5 Magical questions to create value;
Jahan Baani Se Hai Dushwar Tar Kar-E-Jahan Beeni
Jigar Khoon Ho To Chashm-E-Dil Mein Hoti Hai Nazar Paida
More difficult than the conquest of the world is the task of seeing the world; When the heart is reduced to blood, only then does the eye of the heart receive its sight.
