8) Self-control, how to cope with mood, will power, you have to work more than 9-5. How to deal with laziness.
9) Determination, perseverance.
10) Power of master mind; nail will sink in water but if you fix in wood, it will sail. Be in the company of inspiring sailors, not with sinkers. Good advisory board. Be great and you will find great people. Being discredited, dishonored, defame is punishment.

And it was by God's grace that you [O Prophet] did deal gently with thy followers: for if you have been harsh and hard of heart, they would indeed have broken away from you. Pardon them, then, and pray that they be forgiven. And take counsel with them in all matters of public concern; then, when you have decided upon a course of action, place your trust in God: for, verily, God loves those who place their trust in Him.
11) Channelize emotions; anger and love. Very powerful. Like fire. Emotional management. Suicide.
12) Manage the ghost of fear; poverty, criticism (people approval), loss of health, loss of love, old age, death.
Rational study tells that fear doesn’t exist. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread (step). Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers, but to be fearless in facing them. Let me not beg for the stilling (hold, halt) of my pain, but for the heart to conquer it.
